Missing boy, 12, found safe in Trenton, N.J.

TRENTON, N.J. (WPVI) -- Police say the 12-year-old boy who went missing from Trenton, New Jersey on Friday has been found safe.

John Edward Goodridge was located at around 10:30 Saturday morning after a Good Samaritan saw his picture on the news.

She said the child was spotted walking on the Lincoln Avenue Bridge.

She managed to gain the boy's trust and took him to the police where he was reunited with his family.

Police say he appears to be in good health.
