3-hour robbery caught on tape at Philadelphia restaurant

Surveillance footage captured a 3-hour robbery spree at a West Philadelphia business last month.

PHILADELPHIA -- Surveillance footage captured a three-hour robbery spree at a West Philadelphia business in August.



Detectives said two thieves were caught on camera ransacking the Monica Restaurant located on the 5500 block of Vine Street.



The incident happened in August when a man broke in the back door and later brought back a friend, police said.



The two men can be seen taking the cash register, cash from an ATM, cigarettes and other items, police said.



Police said they believe the two men fled the area in a gold SUV.
