1 killed in crash on I-676 near Walt Whitman Bridge

CAMDEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- One person has been killed in a crash on I-676 near the Walt Whitman Bridge in Camden, New Jersey.

It happened around 3:30 a.m. Friday on the southbound lanes near Exit 2.

New Jersey State Police say an SUV slammed into the back of a tractor trailer in a construction zone.

Authorities confirmed one person was pronounced dead at the scene.

All lanes were reopened around 6 a.m.
