VIDEO: Heavy rain floods South Jersey communities

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- Torrential rain flooded parts of South Jersey Wednesday morning.

The Action Cam was in Atlantic City and Absecon, where flash flooding warnings were in effect for much of the morning.
