Woman robbed outside Brooklawn grocery store

BROOKLAWN, N.J. (WPVI) -- Police are asking for help finding the man wanted for robbing a 85-year-old woman outside of a grocery store in Brooklawn, New Jersey.

It happened Wednesday as the victim was loading groceries into her car in the parking lot of Brown's ShopRite.

Authorities say the suspect pulled up to the woman's car and asked her for directions.

The suspect then violently ripped the victim's wallet out of her hand and sped off.

He was last seen driving eastbound on Kings Highway.

The victim describes the suspect as skinny and short with a sunken face.
