Tree trimming truck catches fire in Delran, NJ

DELRAN, N.J. (WPVI) -- A tree trimming truck was heavily damaged by a fire on Monday afternoon in Burlington County, New Jersey.

It happened around 4 p.m. in the area of Creek Road and Melrose Avenue in Delran.

The view from Chopper 6 showed the heavily-charred remains of the vehicle.

Crews from PSE&G were called to check the overhead wires and nearby transformer for any fire damage.

There was no immediate word as to how the fire started.
