Driver ejected, killed in Gloucester Township crash

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, N.J. (WPVI) -- A man has died after crashing his van in Gloucester Township overnight.

Police responded to a call of a possible motor vehicle crash around 1:30 a.m. Saturday across from the Blackwood Post Office on Davistown Road.

Upon arrival, officers located a single vehicle laying on its roof in the front yard of a residence.

The driver was ejected from the van and was found near a tree that had been knocked over by the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The identity of the victim has not been released.

No other injuries were reported.
