Voters choosing next mayor in Trenton Tuesday

TRENTON, N.J. (WPVI) -- It is Election Day in New Jersey's capital city Tuesday.

Voters are heading to the polls to choose the next mayor of Trenton.

Mayor Eric Jackson announced in January that he would not seek a second term.

There are seven candidates in the running to replace him.

The winner must receive a majority of the votes, otherwise, there will be a runoff election between the top two.

That would take place on June 12th.
