LITTLE EGG HARBOR TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- A New Jersey couple, and their home improvement companies, are accused of swindling 20 victims of Superstorm Sandy.

Investigators say Tiffany Cimino and Jeffry Colmyer were paid more than $1 million to rebuild the victims' homes.

But, they allegedly failed to do the repairs, leaving the homes unlivable, while spending the money on gambling, cars, and jewelry instead.

Most of the stolen funds came from a state-run, Sandy relief program.

The Little Egg Harbor couple face theft and other charges.
