1 killed, 1 injured in North Philadelphia shooting

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- One person was killed and another injured in a shooting in North Philadelphia Monday afternoon.

It happened around 4:10 p.m. at 18th and Master streets.

Police say someone opened fire in a second floor bedroom.

A 24-year-old man was shot in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say a second victim showed up at Hahnemann University Hospital with gunshot wounds to the face, shoulder and chest.

Police say three males fled the scene on foot and remain at large.
