Chefs in training compete

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- Chefs in training put their cooking abilities to the test in Center City while competing for scholarships and job opportunities.

Juniors and Seniors from the Philadelphia Region Public High School faced a savory and sweet challenge Tuesday morning.

The Careers through Culinary Arts Program recreated the intensity of a restaurant kitchen.

Top local chefs graded the contestants on technique, taste and skill.
