Teen charged with rape at Days Inn in Milford, Delaware

MILFORD, Del. (WPVI) -- Police in Delaware say a teenager raped a woman in the kitchen area of a Milford hotel earlier this week.

The attack reportedly happened at the Days Inn on North DuPont Boulevard Sunday night. But 19-year-old Justin Fletcher wasn't arrested until Wednesday.

He has been charged with second and fourth degree rape.

Fletcher's preliminary hearing is set for next week.
