OCEAN CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- A fire on the Ocean City boardwalk this past weekend has been traced to an electrical device.
No injuries were reported in the fire, which broke out around 8 p.m. Saturday in the 600 block of the boardwalk area.
Authorities say the fire was mostly contained to the 7th Street Surf Shop and was brought under control about an hour after it began.
Smoke from the business quickly spread to surrounding blocks, and some traffic delays were reported as authorities blocked off some streets near the fire.
Some other nearby businesses had some minor smoke, water and heat damage.
