VIDEO: Couple weds at One Liberty Observation Deck

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The One Liberty Observation Deck opened Saturday, and one couple said, "I do," while taking in the amazing views of the city.

Children from the Boys and Girls Clubs were among the first visitors.

Mayor Michael Nutter was also there, but one couple used the new space for a special occasion.

Rick Frei and Jared Dean bought tickets to the new attraction, and then got married.
