Firefighters remembered 25 years after One Meridian Plaza fire

Three firefighters were remembered Sunday, 25 years after they were killed when a fire swept through One Meridian Plaza in Center City.

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Three firefighters were remembered Sunday, 25 years after they were killed when a fire swept through One Meridian Plaza in Center City.



A memorial print was presented to the members of Engine 11 in South Philadelphia.



The fire broke out on the 22nd floor of the high rise across from City Hall on February 23, 1991.



Firefighters David Holcombe, Phyllis McAllister and James Chappell were killed.
