Stray bullet sails through house window in Overbrook Farms

Police are investigating a stray bullet that went through the window of a house in the Overbrook Farms section of Philadelphia.

The incident happened around 1 a.m. Thursday on the 7500 block of Brockton Road.

A woman sleeping inside the house says she heard glass break. She then found a spent shell.

Fortunately, she was not injured by the bullet.

Police are searching for answers.
