Man killed in Overbrook shooting; 1 critical

OVERBROOK (WPVI) -- A double shooting has left one man dead and another in critical condition in the Overbrook section of Philadelphia.

It happened just before 3 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of Edgemoor Road.

Police say a 26-year-old man was shot in the back. He was rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.

A second victim, also 26 years old, was shot in the left shoulder and left hip. He is critical at Penn Presbyterian.

So far, no arrests have been made and no weapon was recovered, police say.
