Partial collapse of vacant house in Point Breeze

Firefighters are on the scene of a partial building collapse in Philadelphia's Point Breeze neighborhood.

It happened around 10 a.m. Friday on the 1800 block of South Ringgold Street.

Crews arrived to find a vacant house crumbling to the ground.

So far, there were no reports of any injuries.
