A would-be robber who was shot by a customer in a pizza shop holdup in Bucks County was sentenced Tuesday.
A judge ordered Justin Rose to serve 57 months to ten years in prison.
Rose and his older brother stormed into Porfiro's Pizza and Pasta in Middletown last November. During the robbery, a customer turned a gun on them, killing the brother and severely wounding Rose.
The customer was not charged by police.
