Police: Man turns self in, admits Sellersville killing

SELLERSVILLE, Pa. (WPVI) -- Investigators say a man went to a police station to confess a killing in Sellersville, Bucks County.

Damien Walker, 34, arrived at police station in Norristown on Tuesday night, and allegedly told officers there he killed his neighbor, 62-year-old Faith Price.

Walker allegedly killed Price sometime over the past four days, but no one was even aware a crime had been committed until Walker showed up at the police station.

Walker reportedly told investigators that he was high on methamphetamines at the time.

The cause of death has not yet been determined, but authorities believe Price was beaten to death.

We spoke with the victim's neighbor who says his girlfriend often helped Price, who was in frail health and lived alone.

"She'd go over and spend time with her, make sure her cat was fed. That was all she had was the cat. I don't think she had any close family at all, so we were as close to a family as she had," said Matthew Cox.

Meanwhile, Walker's wife allegedly told authorities her husband was behaving erratically around the time of the murder.

After previously finding syringes inside his vehicle, she said she later found him naked inside that same vehicle, all over the past few days.

Chris Snyder, a friend of Walker's, says none of this sounds like the person he has been friends with for years.

"He's so laid back. He's like a teddy bear," he said. "I still don't believe it. That's not the Damien I know.

Walker is being held without bail.
