HARRISBURG, Pa. -- A central Pennsylvania podiatrist has been charged with secretly videotaping co-workers with a cellphone left in an office bathroom.

David Todoroff, 57, is charged with five misdemeanor counts of invasion of privacy, according to court documents.

An employee found a cellphone in October in the restroom at a Keystone Podiatric office in Harrisburg, according to a criminal complaint. The recording phone had been placed inside a sock and shoe, propped up by a wallet.

Employees confronted Todoroff and he admitted to putting the phone in the restroom, Lower Paxton Township police said in the complaint.

Police confiscated Todoroff's phone and laptop computers. Four videos were of partially nude workers in the employees-only restroom.

Todoroff, 57, was arraigned Friday and released on bail. He's been placed on indefinite leave from the practice.
