MONTGOMERY COUNTY (WPVI) -- Montgomery County is investigating two suspected cases of West Nile Virus.

One patient is a 59-year-old from Montgomery Township.

The second is a 66-year-old from Lower Merion.

If confirmed, they would be the first cases of the mosquito-borne disease this year.
