Teen shot in the stomach in Grays Ferry

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating the shooting of a teen in the Grays Ferry neighborhood.

It happened around 7 p.m. Sunday on the 1500 block of South Etting Street.

According to police, a 16-year-old male was shot in the stomach.

He was taken to Presbyterian Medical Center for treatment.

Police are looking at a surveillance camera in the neighborhood in hopes of identifying a suspect.
