2 dead following shooting in North Philadelphia home

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Two men are dead in what police believe to be a murder-suicide in North Philadelphia Wednesday.

Neighbors said they heard arguing and then gunshots around 4:45 p.m. inside a home on the 3300 block of North Howard Street.

Police said the victim, in his 30s, was shot 9 times.

The suspected killer was 47.

Neither man's identity has been released.
