First few events of Schuylkill River Regatta canceled due to weather

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Due to the rainy weather and unsafe rowing conditions, the Schuylkill River Regatta has canceled events one through five.

The remainder of the races will begin at 9:45 a.m., starting with event six.
