Honoring campaign promises

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- Philadelphia's Black Political Summit Coalition said it wants to hold elected officials accountable to promises they made on the campaign trail.

The Coalition created an agenda containing 31 recommendations to strengthen the black community at a summit in April.

The group says mayor-elect Jim Kenney and some council members signed off on it.

The coalition said it will make sure those officials honor the recommendations, now that the election is over.
