Online records show the condo sold for $6,550,000.
The 4,166 square foot, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo located on the 20th floor of 1706 Rittenhouse Square went on the market in April and was listed for $6,900,000.
According to the listing, the full-floor residence includes a living room, open formal dining room, family room, large gourmet eat-in kitchen, and large terrace.
The building is equipped with a 24 hour concierge, indoor pool, fitness center, board room, and a resident's garden with a koi pond.
On Tuesday, the Phillies announced they declined Lee's $27.5 option for 2016 and are paying him a $12.5-million buyout.
