Truck bursts into flames after crashing into garage in SW Philadelphia

SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A driver lost control and crashed a pick-up truck into a garage which burst into flames in Southwest Philadelphia early Thursday morning.

The incident occurred just before 3:00 a.m. on the 1500 block of South 48th Street.

Police say the driver was going the wrong way down a one way street when he crashed into the garage of a house.

The pick-up truck then caught fire which spread to the garage.

So far, there were no serious injuries reported.
