Groundbreaking for upgrade to Kingsessing Recreation Center
The beautiful brick building circled in scaffolding was built in 1916, and for decades has served as the Kingsessing Recreation Center. Elevators to improve accessibility, a brand new playground, and better pathways and lighting are among the coming improvements.
