New details have emerged in the investigation surrounding a Philadelphia home linked to multiple missing women.
Authorities say when they arrived to the scene they saw a yellow car speeding away from the area.

Eugene Horsch, 44, was indicted on federal charges Thursday for allegedly having fake DEA credentials, according to officials.
They say the victim was standing outside when she was struck in the shoulder by gunfire.
