There is a big controversy at a school in Maryland after a boy was suspended for making his Pop-Tart look like a gun.
Joshua Welch, a 2nd grader, was suspended for chewing the breakfast pastry into the shape of a pretend gun and threatening other students with it.
The case is now in court.
His parents want it removed from his record - but the school isn't budging.
In standing by its decision, the school said the boy has 20 other documented incidents of bad behavior.
