Pope Francis waves to 6abc Action News studios on way to Independence Mall

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Action News team had their cameras ready as Pope Francis rode by the 6abc studio in his Fiat on his way to Independence Mall Saturday afternoon.

Anchors, reporters, producers, directors, and more stood outside our City Avenue building to get a glimpse of the Pontiff.

As his Fiat went by, Pope Francis waved his hand out the window.
