10 injured after overhead wires come down on SEPTA trolley in Delaware County

SPRINGFIELD TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Ten people reported injuries after overhead wires came down on a SEPTA trolley on Thursday.

It happened on a Route 101 Trolley, near the Scenic Road Station, in Springfield Township, Delaware County.

Three of the passengers were transported to Lankenau Hospital, but there is no word on their condition.

Shuttle buses are now operating from Woodland Avenue to Drexel Hill Junction Stations while an investigation is underway.
