20th Television, FX to release new comedy show 'Wildwood'

South Jersey is once again in the Hollywood spotlight.

20th Television and FX are working on a new show called "Wildwood".

According to Deadline, the show is about a group of college girls from Ireland, who arrive to Wildwood in the summer of 2000 with no money, no visas and no plan.

BAFTA-winning showrunner Lisa McGee is developing the comedy series.

No word yet on the release date.

20th Television and FX are owned by Disney, the parent company of 6abc.
