6 baby bunnies rescued in Conshohocken, Pa.

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Six baby bunnies were rescued in Conshohocken on Wednesday night.

Officers were called to check on the nest after the babies had reportedly been left alone for more than 24 hours.

With the mother not returning, the bunnies were at serious risk, officials said.

The bunnies were taken to the Schuylkill Wildlife Center, where they are now receiving specialized care.
