LAFAYETTE HILL, Pa. (WPVI) -- Camp Jeremy has returned for its 21st year of fun in Montgomery County.
The week-long camp gives young transplant recipients and their siblings a chance to enjoy activities like climbing, swimming, archery, and among others.
The goal is to help kids create memories with their loved ones and their children who have gone through similar experiences.
Camp Jeremy was created through the Gift of Life organization in memory of Jeremy Clemens, who was a heart transplant recipient.
