Catto Legacy Awards ceremony

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Community College of Philadelphia honors students, faculty and staff who have made a difference.

The annual Octavius Catto Legacy Awards ceremony was held on Tuesday at the college in Spring Garden.

The event recognizes members of the community who embody Catto's values as an educator and civil rights champion.

The Community College of Philadelphia also awards scholarships in Catto's honor.
