Community College of Philadelphia welcomes new students with block party

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Students started their college careers with a block party in Philadelphia's Spring Garden neighborhood.

The Community College of Philadelphia hosted its New Student Orientation on Tuesday.

Incoming freshmen got a tour of the campus, met with fellow classmates and learned about the different support services that the school offers.
