CAMDEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- EMR recycling in Camden, New Jersey, expects to be fully operational again Monday.
The company has been running safety checks and fire drills during a phased reopening.
The city of Camden suspended the metal recycling plant's license due to a number of fires, most recently on May 29.
A judge ruled earlier this month that the company could reopen with new safety measures in place.
A fire broke out at the company's Darby Township facility on Thursday.
That fire remains under investigation.
