Family releases witness video after 19-year-old fatally shot by police in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Calls continue for police to release body camera footage from the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old in Delaware.

Attorneys for Kadir Skinner's family released witness video, showing the moments after Skinner was shot by Wilmington police officers on June 24.

Action News reviewed the footage, which shows officers restraining Skinner on the ground while he is handcuffed.

As a crowd gathers, bystanders can be heard urging officers to help Skinner.

Officers later move him to a patrol vehicle.
