PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- As soccer fans soon head to the sports complex in South Philadelphia for the World Cup, city officials are hoping to get rid of the mosquitoes in nearby FDR Park.
The Philadelphia Health Department plans to spray around dusk on Monday night to kill the bugs.
