PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- This week on FYI Philly, we have an All-Star lineup as MLB brings its stars to Philadelphia, take a midsummer shopping spree on Market Street, celebrate a new exhibit honoring America's centennial and dine with a view down the shore.
The 2026 MLB All-Star Game is at Citizens Bank Park Philadelphia on July 14 and along with all the big stars on the field, there will be plenty of fun for fans around the city.
The Capital One All-Star Village at the Pennsylvania Convention Center is a fan experience for the ages.
There are legendary stars to meet, interactive attractions to try and baseball history that celebrates the game's biggest moments.
If you're lucky enough to attend the Midsummer Classic at Citizens Bank Park, there will be an all-star collection of food on the menu at the ballpark.
Food includes Philadelphia favorites and a gathering of signature dishes from around the league.
Plus, Major League Baseball in conjunction with Phillies Charities, Inc. are donating more than $5.5 million to local charities as part of the Legacy Initiative.
Started in 1997, the project leaves a legacy in the hosting city of an All-Star Game.
This year's recipients include the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, Veterans Multi-Service Center, Miracle Leagues of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Tree House Books, Ashburn Field at FDR Park and The Philadelphia Stars Negro League Memorial Park.

Revisit 1876 explores Philadelphia's Centennial Exposition through historic artifacts, immersive displays, and stories from four of the fair's major pavilions.
The new exhibit is inside the old Lits Department Store at 8th and Market streets.
The Centennial was the first World's Fair in North America, and it drew nearly 10 million people from around the world to Fairmount Park in Philadelphia.
Visitors can see how the event introduced inventions like Alexander Graham Bell's telephone and the Remington typewriter, showcased industrial might, and brought surprising novelties-including the banana and a suitcase that converted to a bathtub.
The exhibit, created by Center City District, also examines who was excluded from the celebration and connects the 1876 fair to Philadelphia today.
Open Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. through December

"The Notebook" is a timeless love story.
And that love story "still isn't over," as the best-selling book and iconic film are brought to life on stage in an acclaimed Broadway musical.
Get your tissues ready: Allie and Noah's relationship takes you on an emotional roller coaster.
The story takes place in three different time frames, with three sets of actors playing the couple.
Audiences get to see when Noah and Allie first meet. Then, you see them about ten years later when they're reunited. And, finally, about 50 years after their first meeting and they're still together.
And there's a touching, original score rounding out the romance.
"The Notebook" runs July 21 through August 2 at the Academy of Music.
