Man dies after stabbing in Southwest Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a fatal stabbing Thursday evening in Southwest Philadelphia.

Authorities were called to the 6300 block of Dicks Avenue around 7:30 p.m.

Officers found a 31-year-old man suffering from a stab wound to his arm, police said. He was transported to an area hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

No arrests have been made.

Investigators have not released additional details about what led to the stabbing.
