Man rescued from vehicle following flash flooding in Upper Moreland, Pa.

UPPER MORELAND TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Crews rescued a man who was caught inside his vehicle during flash flooding in Montgomery County early Monday morning.

It happened just before 4 a.m. at the intersection of Blair Mill and Bright roads in Upper Moreland Township, Pennsylvania.

Rising waters from a creek began to quickly flood the roadway, trapping the driver inside his Honda Civic.
