Man shot while riding scooter in North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are searching for the person who shot a man riding a scooter in North Philadelphia.

It happened on the 2900 block of Judson Street around 1 a.m. on Thursday.

The victim was shot three times in the chest, shoulder and backside.
