Ocean City, New Jersey 'unlocks' the beach to welcome the summer season

OCEAN CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- Summer unofficially arrived with the start of Memorial Day weekend.

And a lot of people from across the Philadelphia region are already at the shore to start the festivities.

New Jersey correspondent Trish Hartman was in Ocean City, where the ocean was 'unlocked' to start the season.
