Philadelphia house fire leaves 1 person dead

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- One person was killed in a fire in Philadelphia's Cedarbrook neighborhood.

It broke out on the 8200 block of Forrest Avenue just before 6 p.m. Thursday

Firefighters arrived to smoke at a 2-story home.

Investigators say the fire was primarily contained to the garage area.

There's no word on a cause.

The victim who died has not been identified.
