Senior living facility worker accused of stealing from resident

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- A senior living facility worker in Wilmington, Delaware, is facing charges for stealing from a resident.

Delaware State Police arrested 62-year-old Kem Mays on felony burglary and theft charges.

Detectives say on Sunday, he stole jewelry from a resident of Forwood Estates in the 1900 block of Marsh Road.

Police were able to get the jewelry back to the resident and arrest Mays.

He has since been released on bail.
