Spruce Street Harbor returns for 2026

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Action News got a sneak peek at some of the new attractions at Spruce Street Harbor.

This summer, visitors can take advantage of new "On The Water" experiences, including "Chili Boats" which, we're told, feels like riding a bike across the water.

Spruce Street Harbor has a lot of food and drink options for people to enjoy for a quick bite after work or a leisurely lunch on weekends.
