ABINGTON TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- SPS Technologies has reached a class action lawsuit settlement for families and businesses affected by the massive fire at the facility in 2025.
The February 2025 fire caused a shelter-in-place and temporary voluntary evacuation orders in Abington Township, Montgomery County.

The settlement provides those within a one-mile radius of the facility cash payments for unreimbursed business losses of up to $5,000, property damage losses of up to $300, and hourly wage losses of up to $200.
Claims must be filed by December 3.
The agreement still has to be approved by a court.
